Mahindra has unveiled the XEV 9S, a seven-seat electric SUV built on the INGLO platform. Set for global debut on November 27 in Bengaluru, it extends the XEV 9e with family-focused space and zero-emission performance. Expected to launch mid-2026 at ₹22–32 lakh (ex-showroom), the 9S targets eco-conscious families seeking premium, practical EV mobility.

Striking Design with Electric DNA

The XEV 9S stretches to ~4.8 meters with a 2,775mm wheelbase, offering bold proportions and a coupe-like roofline. It features a closed front grille with an illuminated Mahindra Electric logo, triangular LED headlamps with Y-shaped DRLs, and a connected light bar. Flush handles, 19-20-inch aero wheels, and 200mm ground clearance balance style and function. Dual-tone colors like Nebula Blue and Everest White enhance its premium stance.

Scenic Seven-Seat Cabin

Inside, a panoramic glass roof with LED effects creates an airy, light-filled space. The flat-floor layout maximizes room across three rows, with sliding second-row captain seats (in top trims) and easy third-row access. A triple 12.3-inch screen dashboard runs AdrenoX with MAIA AI, supporting wireless connectivity and OTA updates.

Comfort includes ventilated front seats, tri-zone climate control, a 1,400W Harman Kardon system, and 700+ liters of boot space (expandable to 2,000L). Rear screens, multiple USB ports, and child seat anchors make it family-ready.
